This is such a beautiful Seattle house! The target for this remodel was to update to a more modern look while maintaining the original character of the home.
This consisted of various updates throughout the home, including the herringbone tile floors in the foyer and new hearth and surround tile updates to the fireplace. This bathroom design is light and bright with some added modern contrasting cabinets.
A very classic, sleek look was added in the shower area with elongated subway tile and accented with the Carrerra marble mosaic and a built-in recessed niche for shower supplies. This novelty layout achieved a simple modern design with flare in the details.
This project included polished chrome fixtures, Cambria Touquay countertops with a waterfall edge, Cherry chocolate stained cabinets with slab front doors, porcelain wood plank tile floors from United Tile, white subway tile from Dal tile, Carrera marble mosaic accent in the shower, new white Milgard window, Rohl fixtures, Hans Grohe fixtures, Kohler fixtures and new light blue wall color from Sherwin Williams.
