NOR Design & Construction takes great pleasure in showcasing the limitless levels of design and innovation from our designer, Jessica. She was able to articulate a design that highlighted the needs of her clients.
This redesign was unique in removing an extensive amount of load bearing walls to open the entire 1st floor of the house while adding more lighting and customized areas for entertainment. This open landscape allows for special attention to the Nana Wall (Glass window wall that opens 10 feet), a walk-in wine cellar with refrigeration, walk-in glass doors and enormous island.
This project features a live edge wood mantel, a fireplace in the dining area with chiseled limestone, Cambria Quartz countertops, white sugar cabinets with a custom 3-inch rail, recessed coffered ceiling, Wolf appliances and engineered wood flooring by Plank.
